CHEF – A 5 star service


There is no 5 star service without the possibility of enjoying a good breakfast, lunch or dinner in this magic place.

For that reason, the guests of the emblematic house Villa Delmás may count on the services of one of the most renowned chefs in the island, Mr. Germán Blanco, who prepares seasonal tasting menus with typical products of Lanzarote, so that the visitor may get better acquainted with our culture and enjoy privately tasting our original cuisine.

This service needs to be ordered one day in advance since your menu and the service will be prepared expressly for you and your family to be enjoyed anywhere in the house (dining room, indoor patio, Canarian patio, pool, solarium...). The 7-day and 6-night stay includes daily breakfast or brunch and three tasting menus for the lunches or dinners you may chose. Right now, the seasonal menus available are those detailed below, but we may provide as many menus as you may order:

  • Causa (layered potato dish) of black potato with La Santa prawns.
  • Bao bread, black pork and coriander.
  • Scallops, roasted leeks and liquid peas.
  • Pumpkin juice with egg yolk in almond & egg sauce and truffle.
  • Glazed octopus in kimchi potato and Swiss chard.
  • Shoulder of young goat, aubergine and spiced tomato.
